Every Mojawhara creation is made to be worn, remembered and carried forward. Thoughtful care protects the integrity of its calligraphy, precious metal, natural gemstones and diamonds for years to come.
Wearing your creation.
Handle your creation with care and remove it before sleeping, exercising, swimming or undertaking activities that may expose it to impact, pressure or abrasion. Avoid direct contact with perfume, cosmetics, hairspray, household chemicals and chlorinated or salt water. Allow skincare and fragrance to dry fully before putting on your jewellery.
Cleaning at home.
After wearing, gently wipe your creation with a soft, dry, untreated and lint-free cloth. Because natural gemstones differ in structure and sensitivity, do not use chemical cleaners, impregnated polishing cloths, ultrasonic machines or steam cleaners unless Mojawhara Client Services has confirmed that the method is suitable for your particular creation.
Keeping your creation.
Store each creation separately in its Mojawhara presentation case, away from humidity, direct sunlight and extreme changes in temperature. Chains should be fastened and laid carefully to reduce tangling. Avoid allowing gemstones or metal surfaces to rest against other jewellery.
Care written for your creation.
Each Mojawhara creation is accompanied by individual care guidance reflecting its metal, gemstones, setting and construction. This guidance should take precedence over general jewellery-care advice.
A Mojawhara Care Set is being prepared as part of the presentation accompanying each creation. It is intended to hold:
- an individual printed care card carrying the creation reference and material-specific guidance;
- a soft, untreated, non-abrasive and colourfast care cloth;
- presentation consistent with the creation's Signature Jewellery or High Jewellery tier.
Creations delivered before the set is introduced are not affected: the individual care guidance for your creation is available from Mojawhara Client Services at any time.
Mojawhara Aftercare.
When your creation requires professional attention, Mojawhara can arrange an assessment of its condition and recommend the appropriate care. Depending on the piece, this may include professional cleaning, inspection of settings and clasps, polishing or refinishing, repair, or resizing where technically possible.
Every creation is assessed individually before work begins. Any applicable cost, expected timeframe and proposed intervention will be communicated for approval in advance.
Aftercare in Doha.
Mojawhara operates in Doha in collaboration with Suearmo. Where a physical assessment is required, an appointment may be arranged through Suearmo, Mojawhara's operating partner, following confirmation from Mojawhara Client Services.
Please do not deliver or send a creation before receiving appointment or shipping instructions from Mojawhara Client Services.
